I am ready to release a letter I got my hands on a few years ago that implies that Former Ouachita County Sheriff was involved in a cover up concerning Tim's death. I was threatened at the time to not release it but I am NOT afraid of that threat any longer. I have a notarized copy and will release it to the media. Our family prays that some day Tim's murderers and all involved in the cover-up will be brought to justice.
