I wanted to write you and tell you that I knew your son, Timothy. I worked with your sister, Robin, at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Arkansas for several years. Robin and I are still friends and I had some associations with your son while he lived with Betty and Marvin. I saw him several times with Robin and Wade.
Tim was a beautiful boy. He had your big brown eyes and a smile that absolutely lit up the room. I wrote to Tim while he was at a youth camp in Magnolia, Arkansas. I sent him a card, and told him that Jesus was sending his angels to watch over him, and although I cannot remember everything I said in the note, I am sure I talked to him about committing his life to the Lord. The front of the card was a picture of Jesus holding up a young man, and the title of the picture was called "Forgiven". I told Tim that God was holding him up right now, to not be afraid, and that he was never alone.
A few weeks later, he was given a few days off to go home. Your mother, Betty, brought Tim to the hospital where I worked. (Betty was special with an extremely sweet spirit in her.) I had transferred to another department, and Tim would not leave the hospital (he told his grandmother) until he found me. My office was on the lower level at a place Tim had never been before. I was sitting at my desk when I heard a knock on the door. Tim walked in with Betty and with a smile that lit up the place. He had the card I sent him, and he wanted to thank me and let me know that he was praying to Jesus. I was so happy to see him, and so happy that he was reaching out to the Lord. And, so touched that he took the time (for his time was precious) to find me. It was a moment that I will cherish and always remember. He was so happy to be home and had plans for the weekend. It was about at this time that Betty said, "He would not let me leave this hospital until we found you". She was smiling also; she so loved that boy. That was about it. I gave him a hug and thanked him with all my heart for coming to see me. I told him that I was praying for him and his family, which are Renata, Christopher and Lucy. He just smiled and said thank you.
I will always remember him and his smile that lit up the world. I was at the funeral, and when they played the song "I Hope You Dance"...my heart broke that someone so special was taken away from us so soon. My prayers continue over you and your family. I just wanted to share this with you and hope that you draw comfort that your boy is with the Lord. I pray the Lord's will in your life and the life of your children. I am so very sorry for the loss of your sweet, sweet Timothy. He was a candle that this dark world needed, but now, he shines and waits for us in heaven.
Respectfully and In His Service,

I too well know of the illegal activities
conducted by the Ouachita County people, as I was disabledin an
auto accident on November 5, 1993 when Paul Lucas was the county
judge and Garner was sheriff. I was being investigated by "law
enforcement" for an unwarranted accusation of stalking when I
was rear ended on the bypass by a woman driving the car owned by
John Mahaffey, an official of law enforcement that may be still
with the Ouachita County Sheriffs Office. I had to endure three
attorneys who refused to get any documents of discovery and when
I tried pro se I was asked to attend the VA Back Program for
about a month when all they wanted to do is try to commit me for
mental reasons.
The years have gone by and I have proved that
I am not crazy, but am forced to live on SS disability, as my
law suit was illegally dismissed after I tried to expose the
fact that a person was used to act as the defendant, as the
person who appeared at a closed hearing was not the person who I
had talked to at the scene of the accident. I kept quiet about
it at the hearing, as the judge, David Guthrie had just told me
that all documents requested under the rules of discovery had
been furnished, when NO documents had been furnished.
I contacted everyone from the US Government on
down but they just hushed the matter. The Camden Police refused
to investigate the false accident report, the State Police
refused to investigate after I presented my evidence, etc. etc.
If you would like to see my documents that
prove the Ouachita County government is crooked and do act like
a mafia contact me via email.

The following is a letter that was given to me a few
years ago. It was written by a man who at the time was
incarcerated in Arkansas. I never met this man nor has he ever
come forward to reveal what he knows.
I was told at the time by the state police
detective to not release this letter. I was recently told by a
Sgt. with the ASP that I now CAN release this letter and it's
contents. I am writing here EXACTLY as it is written in the
original.

My Dearest Holly,
How are you doing? Me, O.K. Could be better! I
guess this is probably the first letter I have ever written you
before. Fine time to start writing huh? Anyway, i hear you have
your own house now. I'm glad for you. This is a hard letter for
me to write...
I know I haven't been there for you so many times
over the years. For that I am sorry. It seems that just when we
were starting to get close, I had to go and **** it up. Hell,
that's the story of my life though. One **** up after another.
No matter what though, you will always be my little girl. I am
very proud of you. I want so much for you to have all the things
I didn't. Maybe someday I will be able to get them for you.
I will be out in Jan. 06. I'm going to change my
life for the better. I will have everything that I have done
behind me. By no means am I going to become a preacher, but I am
going to try a little harder at being a responsible person. Just
do me a favor, don't forget that I love you. You are not only my
daughter, you are my friend too. I enjoy being able to talk
about our lives the way we do.
By the way, have you seen (you know who)? If you
do, give her my address. Oh yeah, Tim Stone's mom wrote me!
Someone told her I know something about Tim's death. I do, but I
can't say anything. Paul Lucas is covering up for someone. If I
said something, I couldn't parole out to Oua. County. So, I
haven't wrote her back. I figure to leave well enough alone.
I'll tell you about it when I see you. I asked Mel to stop by
and get Richard's address for me. I guess I need to write him.
I'm sure he already knows. Well sweetie, I guess I will go for
now. Remember, I love and miss you very much.
Write me back and fill me in on what's going on
down there. I love gossip! Check on Mel for me. Bye for now.
Love always and forever,
Dad
